Podcast of the Week
What works on Instagram?
In this week’s episode, I am sharing some tips and tricks about Instagram because if you are still creating Instagram content like it’s 2019, you won’t get any results. As much as I would like to create content like back then, the Algorithm has changed, so we have to pivot our content strategy.
Quote of the Week
“Be not afraid of growing slowly; be afraid of only standing still”
I bet you have read Atomic Habits by now since everyone and their mother posted about it (including me) a couple of years ago.
How about slow productivity? I am a huge fan of productivity, but I also don’t like to hustle. This week, I am reading Slow Productivity—join me on my reading journey.
Mini Training
Adobe has released a mini-series to learn more about content creation and standing out on Instagram.
How major events impact your reach
Has your reach on IG declined? Less views? You are not alone. I mean, it’s no news to me; it always happens when major world events such as the Olympics or politics are happening, and a new study has proven that some accounts experience a big drop. Even though it says it's mostly for political views, we all know that a machine can only do so much, and it will impact other content as well.
That being said, once we are closer to the election, which is soon, you can also experience a rise in your Ad costs and your overall CPM, so prepare your clients already.

Trend of the week
“Demure” is the word that’s currently popping up everywhere on TikTok. If you have no idea what this means, here is an article explaining everything you need to know.
That’s it for this week’s updates; see you next week.
